What B2B doesn’t include OOTB
Things you’ll likely need to add via extensions, integrations, or custom development:
- ERP integration (NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
- Advanced punchout / cXML procurement integration.
- Subscription billing (usually handled via Zuora or Recurly).
- Complex tax calculation across jurisdictions (Avalara, TaxJar).
- Inventory across multiple warehouses with allocation rules (Sterling OMS or similar).
