Enterprise differentiators

A few ways Adobe Commerce can differentiate for enterprise clients — areas where the platform plus the right cross-over practices add real value.

Four differentiators

  1. Complex B2B — Businesses selling to businesses. Adobe Commerce can be implemented in complex B2B environments: multiple integration points, complex inventory, sophisticated product pricing, custom B2B user experiences.
  2. Warehouse logistics — Order Management Systems like IBM Sterling integrate cleanly with Adobe Commerce, setting accurate expectations around inventory and delivery for the merchant’s customers.
  3. Subscriptions with Zuora — Zuora’s subscriptions engine enables personalized offers and unified buying experiences. The journey to usership with managed offers and billing, including one-time product sales, services, and bundles of products and services.
  4. Pure headless — Whether implemented with Adobe’s API Mesh or another orchestration engine, pure headless deployments have practical, referenceable client deployments.

Why these four

Each of these capabilities tends to be the deciding factor in enterprise platform selection. B2B alone often pushes prospects toward Adobe over Shopify Plus. OMS integration matters for any merchant with physical inventory and complex fulfillment. Subscriptions are increasingly table-stakes. And headless is the future-proofing move that lets enterprise IT keep its options open.
